Personal Pizzas Are Here: Ballard Beer Box's New Made-to-Order Pies

Good news for anyone who's been eyeing our oven and wondering when personal pizzas were finally going to happen: starting September 7, they're on the menu. Made fresh, just for you, the moment you order.
We've been working on this one for a while. The goal was simple, a pizza that's hot out of the oven and made just for you, no more, no less. So we built a menu around three pies that cover the basics without overcomplicating things:
Cheese Pizza — Tomato Sauce, Parmesan, Mozzarella. No tricks, no gimmicks, just the classic done right.
Pepperoni Godfather — Pepperoni, Mozzarella, Tomato Sauce, and a Hot Honey Drizzle that makes you rethink every pepperoni pizza that came before it.
Princess Bianca — Béchamel Base, Mozzarella, Shaved Garlic, and Whipped Ricotta, for anyone who wants their pizza to feel a little fancy without any of the fuss.
What Makes These Personal Pizzas Different
Here's the part we're genuinely excited about. Every pizza starts from a par-baked base made with our organic Washington State flour dough, mixed and prepped fresh in-house every day. We bake it fresh when you order, so what lands in front of you is hot, with those good crisp edges, straight from the fire to your table. That's the whole point of doing it to order instead of ahead of time.
If you've had our full-size pizzas before, you already know the dough situation. We're not changing that formula for the personal pies but just scaling it down to a 6–8" pie, sized just right for one person over a pint or a glass of natural wine. Each one is $10.99.
Grabbing One
Personal pizzas are available every day from open until 6pm. Mondays we open a little later, so that window shifts to 2pm–6pm. Come by after work, bring the dog, grab a beer, and let us handle dinner.
Want to see everything else we've got going on the food side? Check out the Food Menu before you come in, or just show up and figure it out at the patio, no judgment either way.
See you Sunday, September 7. Bring your appetite and your dog.
